Treetops near Scenic World

Positive: A warm welcome, and such comfortable and clean accommodation. Appreciated the good coffee and extras in the kitchen.

Disappointing Positive: Location Negative: The shower was full of mold, several broken light switches. When we contacted management they put the problem onto us for not reporting it when we arrived late in the evening. Then dismissed the complaint by saying they had changed cleaners who had not followed cleaning standards. The mold appears to have been there for many many months.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay. Positive: The Location was great with a short walk to the scenic world , bush walks and lookouts. The bed was comfortable and having a separate room to sleep in from the lounge and kitchenette was very good. The lounge chairs were comfortable with a large TV. Quiet location. Negative: A lot of steps to the accommodation. This can be difficult when carry bags up and down. The kitchen was simple with a convection microwave that was good to use to heat up food . However the kitchen was basic with no stove top. We brought our own breakfast and food to use . Milk, tea and coffee was supplied. Broken light switch in the toilet was a safety concern. The bedside lamp on the right hand side was broken/loose and seemed to expose live contacts. Another safety concern. Not sure how effective how the robotic vacuum cleaner was in cleaning all areas of the accommodation as some areas didn't seemed to have been cleaned properly.

Convenient location in the heart of Blue Mountains

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in re-booking. Positive: The house was perfect and host was friendly and met us on arrival. Small cheese and bikkie platter was not expected, local cheese and bikkies were tasty and thoroughly enjoyed. Negative: Steep stairs and no external light when leaving the property at night
